I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world. Every time I talk to my friends and new acquaintances and tell them about my volunteer works, they always ask me these questions. What inspires you? Who/What motivates you? Do you feel worthy and fulfilled of it? I always answer them, its my passion that drives me to do all these. My passion to serve my fellow citizen especially the youth. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. I look up to the likes of Martin Luther King, Jr., Mother Teresa, and Mahatma Gandhi for putting their people first. ( leggi altro)
